Professionally, Carl has been in the real estate business over 30 years and is experienced in residential, commercial and investment sales, land development, rentals, property management and state certified residential appraisals. Community involvement includes past president of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Association of REALTORS, past president Luzerne County Head Start and board member, past president Wilkes-Barre Jaycees, past board member Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, board member and vice president of Back Mountain Business Association, past board member Kingston Township Recreation Commission and church and diocesan lay administration. Awards include the Wilkes-Barre Association Realtor of the Year, Life Recipient Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS Excellence Award and a consistent Century 21 Masters Award recipient.
