Carl is a lifelong resident of the Wyoming Valley, born in Wilkes-Barre and currently a resident of Lehman Township.  He is a graduate of Dallas Senior High School, Muhlenberg College in Allentown and received his real estate certificate from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre.  Having participated in varsity sports in both high school and college, he still maintains an active lifestyle with skiing, cycling, golf and tennis among his interests, as well as travel.

Carl has been active in a wide variety of groups as a method of contributing back to his community.  He has served on several boards of directors:  Luzerne County Historical Society; Luzerne County Association of Realtors and past president; Luzerne County Head Start and past president; Back Mountain Chamber of Commerce and past president; Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce; past president Wilkes-Barre Jaycees; past member of the Kingston Township Recreation Commission; and church and diocesan lay administrator.  Awards include: Greater Wilkes-Barre Association Realtor of the Year; Life Recipient Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Excellence Award; CENTURY 21 Masters recipient; and CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award.

Philosophically, I believe client needs are critical and the opportunity to act as an advisor to provide creative solutions to achieve long-term goals is my responsibility.  I am proud of the two traits which consistently appear in customer surveys:  persistence and honesty.
